What’s included in the Creator Membership?

The CFA Membership includes access to a catalog of on-demand videos including job shadows, training courses, livestreams, gear breakdowns, and creator collaborations. Additional content will be available to members each month.

What’s Included in the Pro Membership?

The Pro Membership includes access to everything in the Creator Membership as well as all existing masterclasses. Masterclasses encompass a full breakdown of a specific job, describing the acquisition of clients, video capturing techniques, editing breakdowns, and business dealings of that industry. Pro Members will have access to additional masterclasses as they are added.

Who is the CFA for?

The Creative Fam Academy is for those who want to elevate their creative skills, grow their business, and/or connect with a community of creators.

How often will new content be added?

New content will be added every month.

Can I upgrade to the Pro Membership in the future?

Yes, CFA Members can upgrade their plan at any time. To change your subscription plan, navigate to My Profile, Account, select Billing, then click Change Plan.

How do I sign in?

You can sign in to your account by clicking on the following link: INSERT LINK then click, Sign In.

I forgot my password how do i reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? option on the sign-in page

How can I change my password?

Click on My Profile then Account,  then select Security. From there, go ahead and enter your current password and the password you'd like to change it to.

How do I change my subscription plan

To change your subscription plan, navigate to My Profile, Account, select Billing, then click Change Plan.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, ensure that you are signed into your account, select My Profile, then Account, then Billing. Under the payment method section, click on Use Another Card.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you don’t want to continue with Homemade, you can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your subscription, sign in to your account. Click on My Profile then Account. Click Change Plan, then Cancel Membership (gray button). Please note that there are no refunds for partially unused membership periods.
